About the workshop
About the workshop
Blending personal story, humour, and reflection, Rachel Anne creates a safe space for you to pause, question overperformance, and reconnect with a more sustainable way of living that is aligned with your priorities and your needs.
Participants are invited to read the book Permission To: A Journey of Breaking Patterns and Redefining Self ahead of time, if they wish, and come ready for an honest conversation about the pressures and expectations many women carry today. The evening will also include a short reflective workshop with a creative activity inspired by the themes of the book.
If you’ve been feeling stretched too thin, questioning the pace of modern life, or wondering why everything feels like so much… this event is for you.
Your ticket includes:
A copy of Permission To (if that option is chosen)
