​Join other women in this reflective experience to name the constant pressure, explore the expectations placed on women, and consider how to live within them without breaking or losing yourself.

Throughout the session, we will​:
  • map the invisible pressures shaping our days

  • notice how the body and nervous system respond when life never lets up

  • explore the difference between willpower and survival mode

  • recognize early signals before they become alarms

  • identify personal triggers and ways to soften their impact.

You’ll leave with: ​
  • a clearer understanding of what’s happening inside you

  • practical tools you can actually use

  • renewed self-compassion

  • small, realistic actions to support your week

  • a sense of connection with women who truly get it
